Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Payments made for completed treatments and services are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate a new appointment date based on availability.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of any deposit or booking fee paid.
Course registration fees and payments made toward training programs are generally non-refundable.
However, students who are unable to attend as scheduled may contact us to discuss the possibility of transferring to a future training date, subject to approval and availability.
Installment payments do not guarantee immediate commencement of training. Classes begin only after the full course fee has been paid.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed method within a reasonable period.
